From our first conversation I felt like they genuinely had our best interests in mind. With this and also bringing some information to our attention, it made switching from our previous property management company a whole lot easier (since we never really heard from the previous company anyways). I truly appreciated the constant communication from our initial conversation to having the property under contract. I know everyone’s experience may not be the same as ours but we were under contract in less than 21 days. They really seemed to capture and utilize social media effectively. As embarrassing as it sounds, for full disclosure, our home with the previous property management company sat on the market for approximately 7 months.
